Comedy means finding ways to laugh at (and through) the miseries that existence offers us. I do that by treating silly subjects seriously.

GRAYSON WHITEHURST, III
is a writer/director living in Brooklyn, NY.

Known for his offbeat perspective, his work is fearless and populated by unforgettable characters cast in surreal environments. The abrupt loss of his parents as an adolescent is perhaps the most significant contributor to his cynical worldview, and it’s this worldview that informs both his darkly comedic and dramatic sensibilities as a storyteller.
